Cops Taser arsonist suspect

HOUSTON Firefighters were called to house in east Harris County around midnight. They put out the flames and a woman told them she saw a man leaving the house earlier. Authorities tracked him down and when they questioned him there was a struggle. The man was Tasered.

One sheriff's deputy suffered minor injuries.
