Strange charges linked to closed Katy store

KATY, TX Diva 21 has been closed for at least a month and a half, yet somehow police say there continues to be charges from that place. Katy police tell us they've received nearly 40 complaints from former customers of Diva 21.

A Katy Mills Mall spokesperson says they have tried to contact the retailer's management numerous times and they say those calls have gone unreturned.

So much money has been stolen that this case could result in a felony charge.
