Kyle Colligan belted a pair of homers to lead Texas A&M to a 13-5 win over Houston in an NCAA tournament regional title game. The Aggies (46-17) advance to play at Rice (45-13) in a super regional this weekend.

Colligan started the scoring early with a deep blast to center field to stake the Aggies to a 1-0 first-inning lead.

A&M trailed 2-1 in the bottom of the second when the Aggies broke loose for seven runs on the strength of a solo shot by Darby Brown, a two-run homer by Colligan and a three-run double by Brown later in the inning.

Houston's season ends at 42-24. Colligan was named the College Station regional's most outstanding player.

The super regional is a rematch of last year, when the Owls won in two games 3-2 and 5-2.
