Miftari will be transferred to The Galveston County Jerry Esmond Detention Center later today.
Teen arrested for allegedly stabbing classmate
DICKINSON, TX
Osmand Osman Miftari was arrested by Dickinson police this afternoon at around 2:30pm.
Family members led detectives to an apartment complex in Seabrook, where he was taken into custody without incident.
