The man is said to have leathery or sun damaged skin, red or bloodshot eyes, hence the name "Visine Villain".

HOUSTON
Take a look at the man police are calling the "Visine Villain." Investigators say he slipped a teller a note demanding money at a Wachovia bank in northwest Harris County, just off the Sam Houston Parkway.
