Caeser had last been seen yesterday evening in the area of Hermann Brown Park. Police and volunteers spent the night looking for him.
Boy missing in E. Houston found safe
HOUSTON Police tell us they found Caeser Guerra, 7, after the boy reportedly spent the night at a friend's house. Police say Caesar didn't tell his family and then went to school this morning. That's where he was found.
