Woman leads police on high-speed chase

HOUSTON An officer spotted the woman speeding on the West Loop overnight and tried to pull her over. She kept going and headed down Highway 290. She finally exited and pulled over in a shopping center.

Authorities don't know why she didn't pull over. She was arrested and charged with felony evading.
