Elizabeth Marie McMurray, 21, and Robert Ray Kassube, 46, are accused in the death of Joshua Michael McMurray. McMurray and Kassube are also charged with child endangerment, plus drug-related counts.
They were arrested January 15th and remain in custody. The indictment was returned earlier this month.
The baby's older sibling -- a toddler brother -- was removed by Child Protective Services after the infant died.
