Wild sends two players to Aeros

HOUSTON C/LW Benoit Pouliot and D Erik Reitz will join the Aeros, who are tied 1-1 in the best of seven West Division Calder Cup Semifinal with the Ice Hogs.

Pouliot, 21 (9/29/86), posted three points (2-1=3) in 11 regular season games with the Wild, while playing in one post-season game. Pouliot has 46 games played with Houston tallying 24 points (10-14=24). The Alfred, Ont., native was originally selected by the Wild in the first round (No. 4 overall) in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

Reitz, 25 (7/29/82), skated in two playoff games with the Wild. Reitz played in 49 regular season games with the Aeros, leading the club with 26 assists and ranked fourth on the team in scoring with 34 points (8-26=34). The native of Detroit, Mich. Was originally selected in the sixth round (No. 170 overall) of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft by Minnesota.
