Carey compares herself to Mary Poppins

LONDON, ENGLAND She says she's like a kid playing dress-up and her true fans will recognize her for who she is. Carey has an album coming out April 15th called "Edo well, she could make history.

If "Touch My Body" hits Number 1, it will be her 18th Number-1 single. That would pull her ahead of Elvis Presley, who had 17, and behind The Beatles, who had 20.

Carey says that would be a big accomplishment but she's not about competition. However, she says it would be great because she's female and young girls would see that anything is possible.
