Missing woman found dead in CT

NEW BRITAIN, CT Police Sgt. Darren Pearson says MaryEllen Welsh's body was found in Bristol. She had apparently been shot and killed.

Police say the break-in occurred Sunday morning. The assailant forced Welsh into her car and fled with her. Police say the car crashed and officers arrested the driver, 31-year-old Leslie Williams.
