KTRK denied sheriff's emails
HOUSTON The judge ruled the sheriff's office is not in contempt of court for storing emails on a backup tape, and that the emails are not subject to release under the Freedom of Information Act. The judge also ruled that abc 13 could not amend its request to include that the emails be restored to Freedom of Information status.
