Authorities released a sketch of the man. He is described as 40 to 50 years old with gray hair. At the time he was wearing an orange and white tropical print shirt.

SUGAR LAND, TX The 12-year-old was playing in his driveway when a driver in a van rolled down his window and began talking to him. At one point, the man asked the boy to approach his van, but the boy refused and ran into the house.
