The man lost control of the vehicle, hit a small street pole at Hempstead near Antoine and took off on foot. He was caught and arrested for felony evading and appeared to be drunk.
Police chase ends in crash in NW Houston
HOUSTON A store customer saw the man throw a bunch of coins at a store clerk window and flagged down a police deputy. The suspect took off in his car when he saw the deputy approach and the deputy gave chase.
