The eight-year veteran was suspended for policy violations in the department. The case is now being forwarded to the Harris County DA's public integrity division.
Humble officer cleared of wrongdoing
HOUSTON
A woman crashed her vehicle into a tree and minutes later, Humble police officer Todd Jolly drove up in his personal vehicle. Jolly drove the woman away from the scene before returning a short time later.
