The orange cones will be out from 7am until 7pm. The work is expected to last well into May of 2009.
It's being done to reduce flooding from Brays Bayou. Similar work has already been done to MacGregor, Hermann Drive and Kirby.
Prepare to hit brakes in Med Center
HOUSTON
City crews will be tearing up Holcombe Boulevard between Fannin and Brays Bayou. For the next year, they will be laying new water lines, doing pavement repairs and installing storm drains.
