Young culinary whiz starts cooking school for kids

At 13 years old, Kate Daniel is making her mark on the culinary world.

The eighth grader at Spring Branch Middle School has competed on national TV shows like Top Chef Junior and Chopped Junior. Now, she's started a cooking school for kids called Figlia Kitchen.

ABC13 & You caught up with Kate and her mom Brooke to see how they're getting kids excited about cooking.
