PHOTOS: Flooding and storm damage reported across Houston area

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Damage and flooding is being reported throughout the Houston area as severe storms left over from Hurricane Patricia move through. From downed fences to roofs lifted off homes, damage is extensive in some cases.
