Deputies were called to the scene on Torrey Chase and FM 1960 Wednesday afternoon and spotted four guys coming out of an apartment with stolen items. The crooks dropped the things and ran.
Officers say one suspect was caught near Northland Christian School and taken to jail Wednesday afternoon. Two others also were arrested.
Officers have not said if they have idea where to find the other suspect.
