Harris County Sheriff's Office solves two Katy-area game room robberies

HOUSTON

Only one of the suspects, 47-year-old Elbert Avie, participated in both robberies, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

The first one happened just after midnight June 14 at the Jokes Wild game room in the 900 block of South Mason Road. Authorities Avie and 27-year-old Jeremiah Dellavecchia stole about $70,000 from customers and the business.

The second robbery occurred around 2am July 27 at a game room in the 2000 block of Fry Road. Kendrick Wilder, 22, Sheriff Eyitayo, 21 and Khristian Perez, 24, have all been charged in connection to it.

Authorities say everyone except Perez is in custody. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
