It happened around 5pm in the 5200 block of League City Parkway and Cottonwood Creek.
According to police, the 49-year-old man was operating the dirt compactor when he fell. Witnesses were able to free him and perform CPR until emergency personnel arrived.
He was unconscious when he was transported via ambulance to Clear Lake Regional Medical Center. Police do not know his condition.
