A study finds men put more time in on the job, but women do far more work.

When you look at paid and unpaid work, women work longer than men in 22 out of 28 developed countries. In every country tracked, women did a majority of the housework.

Italy has the biggest gap with women working 11 hours a week longer than men. In the U.S., women and men both work about 50 hours a week. But women average 33 hours at the office and 17 hours a week doing household chores.
