Deandre Devon Davis-Williams, 21, is charged with continuous sexual assault of a child. Investigators say Williams is the victim's neighbor and also a relative. The child's mother notified police after discovering her daughter was pregnant.
At a hearing Thursday morning, the judge raised Williams' bond from $50,000 to $150,000. He was also ordered to stay away from children, including the victim.
The 11-year-old victim gave birth to her baby this week.
