Rescue crews had to pull someone out of the water following an overnight crash in Jacinto City.

It happened at the Market Street Bridge over the Hunting Bayou in Jacinto City.

Police say the driver of a truck lost control and hit a bridge support, which then flipped the vehicle. The driver was ejected from the truck and fell 25 feet into the bayou below.

The man survived the fall, and crews rescued him from the water. A passenger in the truck got out safely before the vehicle burst into flames. Both victims were taken to the hospital. Their conditions are not known.
