The Houston Police Department asks the public to help them find one of two people charged in a carjacking in the parking lot of Nordstrom's at the Galleria. The incident happened on August 17 around 5:30pm.

Officers arrested one suspect, Janae Foster-Manuel, on an aggravated robbery charge August 31. Police have not tracked down a second suspect, Tremain Preston Miles, who also faces an aggravated robbery charge.

Police say Foster-Manuel walked up to a 24-year-old woman in the parking lot and asked for directions. When the woman told Foster-Manuel to go into the store for help, officers say Miles came up to the victim's window with a pistol and ordered her out of her car. Officers say Foster-Manuel took the woman's shoes, then she and Miles took off with the victim's vehicle. Police later found the red 2004 Mazda MX3 abandoned in northeast Houston.

A Crime Stoppers tip led officers to charge Miles and Foster-Manuel in this case. Police ask anyone with information about the whereabouts of Tremain Miles to contact the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS or
