Missy Sardo received Wilbur as a Christmas present from her husband. However, one of their neighbors in The Thicket in Cypresswood reported them to their homeowners association. HOA rules prohibit livestock and the association ordered them to get rid of Wilbur.
However, the Sardos filed suit, arguing Wilbur is a pet. Neighbors have signed petitions in favor of letting them keep Wilbur.
