20th suspect charged in Cleveland rape case

LIBERTY, TX

The Houston Chronicle reports that the suspect -- a Cleveland High School student who was 16 at the time of assault -- turned himself in to authorities on Monday after being indicted on charges of aggravated sexual assault. He's been released to his parents to await trial.

Fourteen adults and five other juveniles have already been charged with assaulting the victim in the town about 40 miles northeast of Houston.

A search warrant affidavit states that the sixth-grade victim was assaulted on at least four occasions during a three-month period last year at an abandoned trailer and one of the suspect's homes.
