Pageant attorneys are fighting Ramirez's lawsuit to retain her title. The organization stripped Ramirez of her title Jan. 25, alleging she violated the deal she and her mother agreed to when she won the title. But she obtained a temporary restraining order from state District Judge Cathy Stryker reinstating her.
Former pageant director Glynda Coyle says organizers didn't follow required procedures before removing her. She's expected to resume her testimony on Wednesday.
