Man charged for having sexual relationship with young girl

HOUSTON Kevin Manderscheid, 40, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. According to court documents, Manderscheid had sex with a young girl, who was 13 at the onset of the incidents, from January 2005 through December 2007 while at her residence in Spring.

The victim, who is now 18, said Manderscheid would provide her with illegal drugs and have sex with her at an apartment that prosecutors say was furnished by Manderscheid.
