Detectives seek answers in refugee's murder
HOUSTON
Kar Reh Lucky was waiting for a friend in the parking lot of an apartment complex near the 5900 block of Ranchester Drive on November 23 when two men approached him and tried to rob him, according to a Crime Stoppers statement. The two men shot Lucky in the back, and he died.
No other details surrounding his death were released, but detectives are asking anyone with knowledge about the murder to phone in a tip anonymously to the Crime Stoppers hotline at 713-222-8477.
