Lott in August pleaded no contest to accepting payments through his S&B Building Contractors Co., then never finishing the project for 85-year-old Arthur Perales.
Judge Maria Teresa Herr on Monday also ordered Lott to make restitution, plus pay a $10,000 fine. Prosecutors say Lott still hasn't paid more than $56,000 to nine customers who sued him in 1996.
A bribery charge against Lott, who allegedly tried to pay off his probation officer to recommend probation, is pending.
