Four arrested for narcotics trafficking in Brazoria Co.

Four people have been arrested for trafficking cocaine and marijuana in Rosharon, according to the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office. Authorities executed a search warrant on Monday around 8:30pm in the 3000 block of County Road 57 in Rosharon. Upon searching the residence, investigators and agents found two kilos of cocaine and seven ounces of marijuana. Investigators seized eight weapons, two vehicles and $1,970 in cash that were believed to further the suspects' narcotic trafficking.

Alfred Guajardo, 59, Apolinar Saenz, 72, Virginia Guajardo, 55, and Maria Sanchez, 64, were found at the residence. All four suspects were transported to jail and booked on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

The four suspects are currently being held at the Brazoria County Jail on $110,000 bond.
