Free exercise guide, free food in Free Stuff Friday

It's our favorite day of the week because it's free stuff Friday! This edition is filled with lots of free food, a free taco, a free yogurt parfait and a free chicken box combo. If you're in the Pearland area, the folks at Method Evolution want to help make your 2010 fitness goals a reality by offering a free six week body transformation program. Here's what you get for free: an orientation, weekly assessments, guidance and coaching, four group fitness training sessions and a step-by-step exercise and nutrition program. Speaking of nutrition, over at Taco Bell, the company is promoting what they call their 'Drive-thru Diet.' It's a selection of seven Taco Bell items that contain nine grams of fat or less. Chick Fil A is also jumping on the healthy bandwagon. For 2010, they have added a low fat yogurt parfait to their menu. Next Friday at the Richmond and Loop 610 location, the company is giving away free yogurt parfaits from 7 to 9am.

More free yogurt! Red Mango is a brand new yogurt shop in the Woodlands and Saturday, Jan. 9 they are celebrating their grand opening for some free frozen yogurt. The shop is located on Market Street in the Woodlands and it free from 11am to 6pm.
