Free exercise guide, free food in Free Stuff Friday

Speaking of nutrition, over at Taco Bell, the company is promoting what they call their 'Drive-thru Diet.' It's a selection of seven Taco Bell items that contain nine grams of fat or less. Chick Fil A is also jumping on the healthy bandwagon. For 2010, they have added a low fat yogurt parfait to their menu. Next Friday at the Richmond and Loop 610 location, the company is giving away free yogurt parfaits from 7 to 9am.

More free yogurt! Red Mango is a brand new yogurt shop in the Woodlands and Saturday, Jan. 9 they are celebrating their grand opening for some free frozen yogurt. The shop is located on Market Street in the Woodlands and it free from 11am to 6pm.
