Cleveland HS evacuated after reported gas leak

Seven cafeteria workers were sent to the hospital Tuesday after a suspected gas leak at Cleveland High School. The leak was reported shortly after 10am, at which time school officials say students and staff were evacuated from the building. CenterPoint Energy crews and the Cleveland Volunteer Fire Department have been going though the school to check for leaks, but has so far, found none.

As for the cafeteria workers, all but one have been released. The district says classes will be held as scheduled on Wednesday.
