Apparently, he had come home early to find his wife and her boyfriend. Deputies believe the boyfriend panicked and opened fire. The wife was also taken in for questioning.
Kenneth Dearborn, 27, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and being a felon in possession of a weapon. Dearborn is in Harris County Jail on $60,000 bond and is due in court Tuesday.
The husband is in the hospital and is listed as stable.
