Officers say at this point, they don't know why the men were in the area or who shot them.
"We have no idea what they were doing here. We haven't identified them yet. The medical examiner is doing her investigation. Hopefully, we'll get identities very soon," said Sgt. T.D. Griffin with the Houston Police Department.
