Board rejects Ashby developers' original plan

HOUSTON Yesterday, the city of Houston general appeals board rejected the developers' original plan for the facility -- a 23 story high rise. Back in August, the city approved a modified plan for Ashby, a much smaller building, but the developers wanted the original plan.

Now they will have to go with the smaller building.
