Mom charged in boy's shooting death

HOUSTON LaTarsha Davis is charged with making a handgun accessible to a minor. On August 12, La Torric Watson and his 13-year-old brother were playing with a gun at their southwest Houston home. The gun went off, striking Watson in the head, fatally wounding him.

The mother's boyfriend is also charged in the case. He's charged with tampering with evidence.
