The suspect last registered with an address in the 9800 block of Richmond. She has a duty to report any address change to HPD within seven days of moving. On June 23, HPD officers conducted a compliance check at that address. The officers discovered that Ms. Bradley has not lived there since April 17.
On July 24, Bradley was charged with Failure to Register and the 184th District Court issued a warrant for her arrest.
Latorcha Bradley is described as a 32-year-old black female. She is 5'7" tall and weighs 173 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and a tattoo on her neck. She is still believed to be in the Houston area.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-8477 (TIPS) hotline or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org that leads to the arrest of Latorcha Shantee Bradley. All tipsters remain anonymous.
