Suspect in TSU shooting turns himself in

HOUSTON Albert Walker Mondane, 19, who also goes by the alias of 'A-Walk,' is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity. Police say he turned himself in yesterday. Investigators say he was one of several people who opened fire near a TSU parking garage back on July 22 as a 'Trey Day' concert was going on.

Police say Mondane's father and lawyer were with him when he turned himself in. Bond for Mondane has been set at $30,000.
