New HFD incident under investigation

HOUSTON The fire department told us that on Thursday, four white firefighters had what is described as a "lasso" and one firefighter was twirling it around. The station captain filed a complaint but the department does not believe this to be racially motivated.

Local activists want HFD Chief /*Phil Boriskie*/ fired over the fire department's handling of a noose found in a firefighter's locker at fire station 41.
