Art Car curator remembered

HOUSTON Jones was the museum's curator of photography. Friends left colorful pictures and artwork to honor Jones' love for art.

Jones was sitting in front of the museum last Sunday when he was struck by a suspected drunk driver. He had just finished the annual Art Car Parade.

The suspect in the crash, Dustin Allen Poe, is out of jail right now. He's set to be in court on June 17th for a hearing on the intoxication manslaughter charges. Records show that in 2004, Poe was convicted of driving while intoxicated, with an open container of alcohol.
