Man saves real-life Winnie The Pooh with jug stuck on head

A Colorado man is being praised for taking action to save a bear caught in a real-life Winnie the Pooh predicament.

The unnamed Good Samaritan says the bear wandered around for nearly a week with a large plastic jug lodged over its head, preventing the creature from eating or drinking:

A bear in Colorado wandered around for nearly a week with a plastic jug on its head before a Good Samaritan stepped in.

After several attempts, he was eventually able to catch the bear with a lasso.

Working in conjunction with local wildlife officials, the man was able to free the bear from its plastic confines and release it back into the wild.
