UNION GROVE, Texas -- In Texas, wild hogs are a nuisance that can lead to thousands of dollars worth of damage to your lawn, home and other property.
While we have seen our own share of hogs in the Houston-area suburbs, you may not have seen one quite as big as this.
Joe Clowers told the Gregg County Game Warden he killed a massive, 416-pound hog on his land in Union Grove on Saturday.
The porker was just 20 yards away from his home when Clowers opened fire, killing the massive pig.
Clowers can be seen in a photo next to the hog, and you can see just how big these animals really get.
