New tropical depression forms in Atlantic

The second tropical depression of the Atlantic hurricane season has formed.

TD No. 2 is in the central Atlantic Ocean. The National Hurricane Center's first prediction shows it dissipating in a few days, never becoming a tropical storm. If it does, it'll be Bertha.
