2 semis involved in chain reaction crash on slick overpass in Waller

WALLER, Texas (KTRK) -- A chain reaction crash had Highway 290 shut down for hours Tuesday night in Waller.

Officials say it started with a car that slammed into a jackknifed semi truck on a slick overpass near Kermier Road around 9 p.m.

Another semi truck then hit that car. A second car crashed into those three vehicles.

No one was injured.
