A man was taken by federal immigration agents after reporting a crime that ultimately helped officers find a convicted felon.
Collins said all ICE agents will wear body cams nationwide by the end of August.
The order was filed on Monday and states that Jose Trinidad Rojas Pliego was to be released within 48 hours.
