Ft. Bend County man arrested on child porn charges

RICHMOND, TX (KTRK) -- A Ft. Bend County man is in custody, accused of possessing and promoting child pornography.

Steve Trudell, 56, was arrested at his home in the 3700 block of Worthing Lake in the Waterside Estates subdivision. Investigators say they noticed Trudell go online and offer to share images and video clips of child pornography.

Trudell is charged with Possession/Promotion of Child Pornography and is in the Ft. Bend County Jail on two bonds -- $30,000 for the child pornography charge and $10,000 for the possession charge.
