HPD: 18-wheeler hit Houston Avenue bridge on Katy Freeway

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- All eastbound lanes were shut down on the Katy Freeway at Houston Avenue after an 18-wheeler struck the bridge.

The lanes reopened just before 10 p.m. Thursday.
