Police arrest man, woman for trespassing at construction site

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Two people were arrested after being found at a downtown construction site.

It happened around midnight at a site in the 2200 block of Chenevart near downtown Houston.

Two people were seen on surveillance video walking into a three story residence that's still under construction. Houston police were called and surrounded the building.

A man then jumped through a third story window of the building and landed hard on the ground. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. A woman was also taken into custody.

They will be charged with trespassing. Police say more charges could be filed.
